Things worth writing to us about:

A cruise here whose fare, pier or departure time has changed. River timetables move more than you would think, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
A boat trip on the tidal Thames in central London that is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with published departures, send the link. Multi-day river voyages, and the Windsor, Oxford and Hampton Court boats well upriver, are a different product, so those sit outside what this site covers.
A question about a sailing that the FAQ does not answer.
Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.

What we cannot help with

We cannot take a booking, move a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every cruise on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.

So if your question is about a booking you have already made, the quickest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the boarding time, the exact pier and a message button that reaches the people actually running your boat. On a same-day question that beats us every time, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer, because the operator makes that decision and nobody on shore can overrule it.

Two details on that confirmation are worth checking twice before you email anyone. The pier, because Westminster, London Eye, Embankment, Tower and Greenwich are separate landing stages and turning up at the wrong one costs you the sailing. And the boarding time: City Cruises asks passengers to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers recommends 10 minutes at the pier, and on some routes the published sailing times shift with the tide, so the time on your confirmation is the one that counts rather than the one you remember.
